Hotel, Commercial Area and Housing Project
The process of the project has a budget of $11.000 000 and a total construction area of 21,410m2 on 20,934 m2 land will be managed with a design-engineering and construction model.
Project contains 9.750 m2 hotel, 8.500 m2 housing and 3.169 m2 commercial facilities. Boğaziçi Land Development and Planning is about to start for the project.
