Kalyon Industrial Site
Kalyon Industrial Site, with its modern design, appealing to different needs and spacious areas, has started its process in Çerkezköy Special Industrial Zone by Boğaziçi Land Development and Planning. Designed as two different buildings on an area of 76,450 m2, Kalyon Industrial Site has 114 workshops, 12 private offices and 6 showroom.
The building facing the rear facade of the project consists of modular storeyed workshops and warehouses. In this structure, there are roads for trucks to reach all floors and make cargo shipment.
The building locating in the front of the project stands out with modern offices and exhibition areas. The workshops are 12 meters high, 11.5 meters wide and 31 meters long. The roof of the building facing the rear facade of the project offers a parking lot for 510 vehicles to the residents of Kalyon Industrial Site.
