BOĞAZİÇİ LAND DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNIG
KUZEY MARMARA INDUSTRY AND TECHNOLOGY ZONE
Infrastructure works of the valley have started on an area, 963.000 m2 which has important logistical advantages with its proximity to Istanbul Grand Airport (IGA), being right next to the Kuzey Marmara Highway and very close to Europe's trade and financial centers.
ÇERKEZKÖY SPECİAL INDUSTRY ZONE
On an area of, 3.375.000 m2, an eco-smart industrial zone with the idea of advanced technology, green energy and sustainable production, which was declared a special industrial zone by the Presidency, continues its process under the management of Boğaziçi Land Development and Planning.
